Erin’s classes offer a welcoming, accessible experience, open to all levels of students. All classes at the home studio are $15, or $48 for four. Pricing at Bhava can be found at www.bhavayogastudio.com.

Private sessions are custom-designed to meet your needs and help you accomplish your goals! We typically begin with a postural and movement assessment, and then create a practice specifically for you, drawing on a toolbox including:

  • Yoga

  • Personal Training

  • Corrective Exercise (therapeutic movement for people with injuries/illness/pain)

  • Thai Massage

You will also receive support for at-home practice, so that the benefits of your session can be extended throughout your week! Single sessions or packages available; text Erin at 505-681-8163 to learn more.

This training is special. Led by one of New Mexico's most experienced yoga teacher trainers, this program offers a thorough study of the necessary elements for leading safe and inspiring classes :

  • functional anatomy, with an understanding of skeletal variation

  • yoga practices for therapeutic needs, including pain, limited movement, and nervous system-related issues such as anxiety

  • intelligent, creative approaches to sequencing, including modifications and props

  • yoga philosophy study through the lens of collective liberation and justice

  • small cohort size (limited to six people!) to encourage depth of learning and retention

  • 10% of your registration will be donated to both local and international organizations working for justice, equality and human rights
